Cancellation Policy: A one-night cancellation charge will be processed for cancellations and no-shows received within 3 days of scheduled arrival. Holiday Policy: From December 21 to January 1, 2009 a 5 night minimum stay with 2 night deposit is due at time of Booking. 1 Night Deposit is Non- Refundable. Must Cancel by September 30 to receive the remaining 1 night deposit back.
